Filming at the Wilhelmina Barns-Graham Trust

I’ve just spent an enjoyable morning filming at the Wilhelmina Barns-Graham Trust. They are producing a series of films, one to mark each decade of her long and prolific career. I was given the pick of her work during the 1940s.

I knew straightaway the painting which I wanted to discuss! It is her Studio Interior (Red Stool) of 1945, which you can see on her easel in the photo above.

The films will be released on the Trust’s website in the New Year. I’ll post links once they are on-line.
