I am delighted to list all the Scottish Colourists talks and events which I shall be giving about my forthcoming book, which have been announced so far. The book, The Scottish Colourists: Art and Life is to be published by the National Galleries of Scotland on 24 September 2026.
From Aberdeen to Wigtown
The Scottish Colourists talks and events begin with me signing copies of the book at the Scottish National Gallery. I will be giving talks about it for Toppings in Edinburgh and St Andrews, as well as at Perth Art Gallery. I shall be ‘in conversation’ about it with Magnus Linklater and Catriona McAra at the University of Aberdeen, with Davy Brown at Wigtown Book Festival and with Jan Patience at Cove & Kilcreggan Book Festival.
