The Scottish Colourists Revealed
I am delighted to be helping with the forthcoming exhibition The Scottish Colourists Revealed, which opens at Perth Art Gallery on 3 April 2026. It will consist of works by F. C. B. Cadell, J. D. Fergusson, G. L. Hunter and S. J. Peploe which are rarely seen in public. Lenders include AVIVA, the Hugo Burge Foundation, the National Trust for Scotland and the universities of Dundee and Edinburgh. Works from Culture Perth and Kinross’s collection, including Fergusson’s Before a Café, Paris will also be included.
